I honestly believe that it is the seasons we walk through that shape us into the people we are and who we will become. Our memories are a part of us whether they are good or bad, they mold and shape us throughout our lives. It doesn't matter what life may try to throw at you, as long as you hold tight to the promises of God you’ll make it through.
I remember one time when I was young walking through a season where I felt extremely alone. I was lonely and felt as if I was facing up with Goliath. I had a mentor at the time who walked with me through that season and reminded me of the truth I desperately need found within the pages of scripture.
I had forgotten what God says about me and I was allowing the lies of the enemy to change the way I saw not only myself, but everyone around me. I hope you understand just how important it is to understand and believe what scripture tells us about who we are and whose we are.
I know it can be hard at times but try to remember you are a child of the most high and that means something. You are never alone, and you have a uniqueness unlike anyone else around you.
No matter what the world throws at you, or the lies the enemy spews your way, I pray you always remember you have someone in your corner cheering you on.
I love what Deuteronomy 31:6 says,
"Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you."
Also, look at Romans 8:35-39, which says,
"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written, “For your sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, despite all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord"
Our God is good and He is kind friend and He will never leave you or forsake you! Our God is for you and not against you friends! You are never alone!
