Hey... You're not Alone

It is so easy to feel alone at times in our culture and society today. With life often going at light speed at times it can become hard to remember that we are not alone. In those moments when life feels overwhelming it can be hard to remember that God is always with us. Don't get me wrong, that doesn't mean that we won't have struggles, in fact, scripture makes it clear that we will.

Over the last few years I have personally found myself here. Feeling alone at times, its okay to admit that we are not always okay and need help. In fact, it is so important that we acknowledge those moments. It is also important that we don't stay there. Find your tribe of people who can walk through life with you and who can be a voice of reason and hope when you need it.

I love this verse in Psalm,

"The Lord is good and does what is right; he shows the proper path to those who go astray. He leads the humble in doing right, teaching them his way. The Lord leads with unfailing love and faithfulness all who keep his covenant and obey his demands." - Psalms 25:8-10

The Lord is good and He does what is right friends! He goes before you, is beside you, and He comes behind you. You are never alone, even when it feels like you're all alone He is right there with you. Sometimes all it takes to remember you are not alone is to lean into those moments and cling to the numerous promises God gives us within the Word.

One of my favorite reminders is found in Joshua 1, verse 9 states

"Have I not commanded you - be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."

So friend, the next time you feel alone or like the world is closing in on you remember you are not alone and God loves you so much. It's hard to put into words how much we are loved by our Creator. Find scriptures you can cling to in these moments and hold tight to those verses. Make them your prayer as you walk through that season. Something I have always down is write down those verses and put them on my mirror in my room so they are the first thing I see in the morning. I challenge you to do the same.

Much Love friends,

Alianna
