The thing about worship is that it is so much bigger than us. Worship doesn’t begin with us. Worship begins and ends with God, and God is worthy of all praise, from all people, for all time.
God is the center of everything that exists and has ever existed. Above all the little gods of earth, He alone is the Creator. Sustainer. Originator. Life Giver. Beauty Maker. Author and perfector.
That’s why every glimpse into God’s presence throughout the pages of His Word affirms that God dwells in endless praise. C'mon somebody! This is good... I love what John 4:24 says,
"God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”
Worship is a beautiful reminder that our God wants to have a relationship with us. It's not about religion it's all about a relationship.
I love what Psalm 95:6 tells us,
"Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!"
He alone is worthy of all our worship and praise! The most important thing in my opinion to develop in human beings is a heart that is fully devoted to Christ. Then understanding that it's not about us, but about furthering the kingdom of Heaven. Being the salt and light of the Earth all while remaining gentle and bold.
He is worthy of it all, friends!
